[화상 회의 인사말_소리 체크, 화면 체크]

A : Hi! Good afternoon! How are you? / How are you doing? / How do you do?

B : I’m good. / I'm great. / I'm fine. How about you?

A : I’m feeling good. / Great! Thank you for asking.

    Before we start our meeting, let me check a few things. / I would like to check a few things.

    Can you hear and see me clearly? / I just want to make sure if you can hear me and see me clearly.

B : Yes, I can see and hear you clearly. / Everything is clear. / All clear.

 



[소리 좀 키워달라고 할 때]

- Could you please turn up the volume of your microphone?

- Can you please increase the input of your microphone?

- Could you please move your mic closer to your mouth?

 

 

 

[화면은 보이는데, 소리가 안 들릴 때]

A : Can you hear and see me clearly?

B : I can see you but I can’t hear you.

A : How about now?

B : I can’t still hear you. Give me a minute. / Give me a second. / Give me a moment.

    I’ll just reload my page. / Let me refresh my page.

A : No problem. Take your time. / Please do so.

B : Thank you for patiently waiting. I’m back. Can you hear me now?

B : No, I can’t.

A : Let me check my microphone / my connection.

    I think I have a problem with my microphone. /my connection.

    I’ll log in using my mobile phone / my other laptop / Let me try to connect to another device

    and see if this will work.

A : Thank you for waiting. How about now? Can you hear me?

B : Yes. Now I can hear you.

A : Sorry for the inconvenience.

B : It’s okay. / No worries. / Not a problem at all.


 

 

[소리는 들리는데, 화면이 안 보일때]

A : Can you hear and see me clearly?

B : I can hear you clearly but I can’t see you. Could you please turn on your video?

A : Sorry. I didn't know the video was off.  I’ll turn on my video. Can you see me now?

B : Yes, I can see you now.

 

 

 

[화면이 깨져서 보일 때]

A : Your image is unclear/distorted. I think your connection is unstable. 

B : I apologize but my camera is not working today. May I turn it off?

A : Not a problem at all. / No worries.

B : Thank you for understanding.

 

 

 

[여러명이서 미팅을 할 때, 마이크를 말할 때만 켜고 아닐때는 꺼주길 요청]

A : I can hear some background noise. If you're not speaking, please put your microphone on mute.

B : Done putting my mic on mute.

 

 

 

[Break time에 마이크 안 끄고 개인적인 얘기 했을때]

A : I wasn't aware that I was on mute, until I realized now at the start of the meeting.

B : It's alright, there are some unexpected things that usually happen like this. Hope you will be aware next time.

A : Thank you for understanding my situation.

 

 

 

[마이크 꺼진지 모르고 계속 얘기했을 때]

A : Oh I'm sorry for speaking too long and just now I just realized that my microphone was on mute. My apologies for everyone.

B : Everything is fine, don't worry about it.

 

 

 

[상대방 마이크가 꺼져 있을 때]

When the participant's voice is muted.

A : I have noticed that you are muted this time. Kindly unmute yourself so we could hear you?

B : I have already unmuted myself, but can you hear me clearly? 

A : Yes, I can hear you clearly very well this time.

 

 

 

[카메라 꺼진지 모르고 진행했을때]

A : I'm sorry for not realizing that my camera was off so you guys couldn't see me.

B : Everything was fine and you don't have to think about what happened.

 

 

 

[스피커폰으로 얘기할 때]

- I’m talking to you on a speaker.
